To date, OTV has released more than 500 original short-form works on the #OTVApp. Programming includes short films, series, pilots, and video art.

Its artists have earned Emmy, Webby, Gotham, and Streamy wins and nominations, secured development deals with HBO, Lionsgate, Hulu, and Netflix, and been celebrated by outlets including the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Reader, New York Times, AV Club, and Elle, alongside numerous community-based publications.
